This week I started doing positive affirmations with my daughter as she got dressed every morning. Although this was not new to me but it was a habit that I had stopped without even realize.
Affirmations are just as valuable to children as they are to adults and I wanted my daughter to be very familiar with this. I want her to always know she’s loved, worthy, beautiful and kind and that has inspired this post.
